Data controller

Palenque 5 Estrellas, Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca, Mexico, is responsible for the processing of your personal data.

Name, email and phone to manage your booking. Payment data is processed directly by MercadoPago; we do not store full card numbers.

To confirm and coordinate your booking, contact you for logistics via WhatsApp, send receipts and, where applicable, invoicing.

We only share data with the providers needed to deliver the service (for example, MercadoPago for payment and Resend for confirmation emails).

You may request access, rectification, cancellation or objection to the processing of your data by writing to info@palenque5estrellas.com.
