Purpose
These terms govern the booking of experiences and products from Palenque 5 Estrellas through this site.
Bookings and payments
Payments are securely processed through MercadoPago. Prices are shown in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include tax. A booking is confirmed once payment is approved.
Cancellations
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Responsible consumption
The sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages is restricted to people 18 and older. Avoid excess; no amount of alcohol is healthy during pregnancy.
Liability
Experiences take place in a rural, artisanal production setting. Visitors agree to follow the team's safety instructions.
Intellectual property
The brands, texts and images on this site are property of Palenque 5 Estrellas and may not be used without authorization.
Governing law
